Any suggestions to design a choke and kill hose of 3 1/16 inch and 10000 psi rated working pressure.
Please advice......

RE: choke and kill hose

I have the feeling, from a Google search, that it's not easy. The articles I scanned frequently started off with "over a year's worth of design and testing ..."

This site gives some standards that might help you if you want to invest that year: http://www.compositesworld.com/articles/composite-...

A search of your own might be worthwhile.

RE: choke and kill hose

several manufacturers produce such a hose - Contitech Beattie, Wellstream, and CoFlexip come to mind immediately.
