Does anyone have any experience using Hocut® 795-B for a cutting fluid? I'm using currently using SC-520 by master chem.

RE: cutting fluid

If you are doing general purpose machining, then Hocut 795-H seems like a good choice. This is used widely throughout industry.

Im cutting exotics steels. Such as Duplex, super duplex, 300 series SS, titanium and 625. These material are in pipe form that very in wall size. Im trying to get the most out of my blades and other cutting tools also.

Kenny,

We work exclusively in titanium alloys, and have tried pretty much every cutting oil we could find. So far the shops favorite is simple refined olive oil in large quantities. The cheapest way to go is to find the stuff that is "not fit for human consumption" meaning it tastes pretty bad and buy it in large drums. If you just need a few gallons, a quick trip to the grocery store works fine.
