Display U-V Surface Grid NX v6.0.2.8

Display U-V Surface Grid NX v6.0.2.8

In NX 6.0.2.8 is there a method to view the U-V Grid alignment on an existing solid model surface?

Extract will be fine as will be Enlarge. But I'd like to see the alignment of the U-V grid as it has been placed on the original feature.

Thanks

RE: Display U-V Surface Grid NX v6.0.2.8

Yes there is. Go to...

Edit -> Object Display...

...select the body, hit OK, and in the section of the dialog labeled 'Wireframe Display' change the 'U' and 'V' values to something like 10 each. Once you hit OK and leave the dialog, unless you're already viewing the model in Static Wireframe mode you'll need to go to the graphics window and with your cursor over the background press MB3 and select Rendering Style -> Static Wireframe, and you will now see your model with the U-V grid displayed. You can now go back to Edit -> Object Display and adjust the U-V grid count if you need to see more or less surface grids.
