BOM templates

(OP)
How do I save and apply a BOM template? I edited a BOM to my liking, did "save as template", now I'm searching how to use this template...

RE: BOM templates

From the NX help:

Set the default parts list template to your custom parts list template:
1.Make sure to note the location of your custom parts list template file.
2.Choose File→Utilities→Customer Defaults.
3.Choose Drafting→Annotation, then select the Parts Lists tab.
4.Do one of the following:
◦For native NX mode, type the file name of your custom parts list template, and path of your file if it is not in the UGII_TABLE_TEMPLATES directory, in the Default Parts List: Native mode box.
Example
my_template.prt
Example
D:/templates/my_template.prt
*For managed NX mode, type @DB/ then the file name and revision of your custom parts list template in the Default Parts List: TCIN mode box.
Example
@DB/my_template/A
5.Click OK to save the changes and close the dialog box.
6.You must exit and restart NX to set the default for all NX sessions.
7.(Optional) Open a part and add a parts list using Insert→Table→Parts List.
Notice that the parts list is presented in the format given by your custom parts list template.
