(OP)
Hello Everyone ,

Can someone create a sample code on how i can retrieve the arbitary note title in a custom symbol using NXOpen ?
The GetArbitaryNoteTitle API is returning an empty string

My Sample test code is as below.

CODE

For Each objCustSymb As CustomSymbol In displayPart.Annotations.CustomSymbols.ToArray()

            Try
                Dim draftingCustomSymbolBuilder1 As Annotations.DraftingCustomSymbolBuilder = Nothing
                draftingCustomSymbolBuilder1 = displayPart.Annotations.CustomSymbols.CreateDraftingCustomSymbolBuilder(objCustSymb)
                draftingCustomSymbolBuilder1.SmashSymbol = True
                draftingCustomSymbolBuilder1.SelectText(0)
                lw.WriteLine("Arbitary Note Title: " & UBound(draftingCustomSymbolBuilder1.GetArbitraryNoteTitle()).ToString)
                draftingCustomSymbolBuilder1.SmashSymbol = False
            Catch ex As Exception
            End Try
            lw.WriteLine("******************************************************")
        Next
Thanks,
Amitabh
