how much heat is required?

(OP)
Hi, I am doing a room temperature control system. The box dim are 30cm long, 25cm wide and 25cm deep. Can anyone tell me how much heat is required to raise the room temperature from 20° to 100°. The reason why I’m doing this is to pick my Darlington transistors which will be switching a 80w paltier cooler.
Thank you.

RE: how much heat is required?

?? You describe a box, but call it a room?

If all you're doing is raising the temperature, why do you need a Peltier cooler? Why not just a resistor bank?

btw. I suggest you find an ME with thermal experience; my rough calc says that your Peltier cooler is too small by about a factor of 4.

With only the information that you have provided, no. No one can tell you how much heat you need.
