Anyone submit data to TC-Passion and get this error?

Anyone submit data to TC-Passion and get this error?

(OP)
I tried to submit data to Nissan via TC-Passion and got an error stating that there was a "Fail in Weight check". Has anyone ever received this error and if so, what needs to be corrected in order for the transmission to be successful? I've contacted Nissan's Global help desk but they are very slow in responding. Thanks!

RE: Anyone submit data to TC-Passion and get this error?

Hello,

This error appears because one of your parts isn't a correct solid. Maybe it has more than a volume or there are surfaces bad trimmed. Check your part and correct any of these issues. It also appears if you send a surface but it has inconsistent geometry. Use "Diagnose Part" to check it.

Regards,
