Decent Reference Guide or Book for Matching plant data : General aspen

(OP)
Hi

I'm a fairly resonable aspen user. As such take some responsibility for training, and i've developed in house training material for our systems and tips and tricks for system optimisation. I'd like to develop a training package for matching plant models.. and good starting points..and methods that can be used..e.g. once i've a mass balance say for a 80tray'd column how do i match and adjust the no of stages v actual plant performance etc..

this crosses aspen and kister type training so can anyone recommend
1. suitable refence for these type of questions..
2. Suitable books.. i have the luyben book on distillation design and cotnrol using aspen simulation but it is not pitched at the right level for what i want.

thanks in advance (i hope )
