Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Liquid O2 Equipment Requirments

(OP)
Thank you for opening my question...I am looking for help with the required Liquid O2 Storage equipment needed to run 2 Hyperbaric Chambers at one time through out a 8 hour day. I want to use a 700 liter Perma-cyl for storage of liquid O2 to be turned into a gas that will provide enough flow to run 2 chambers. Do to the zoning restrictions in my area I am forced to use a Micro Bulk tank that can hold the maximum allowed quantity and that is 20k cubic ft indoors in a B class building having the storage equipment housed inside of a 6'Deep x 10'wide x 8'High H3 closet. The chambers need a flow rate of 34 SCFM at 50-70 psig. each chamber will use 1000 liters per min at no less then 50 psi to flush the room air out of the chamber so that the patient gets to desired ATA with 100% O2 once the patient gets to desired depth the flow can be turned down to around 120 liters per minute each dive will last 1 hour and 20 minutes. What equipment will I need to get the amount of flow required for two chambers to run at one time with out slowing down the initial start up of the treatment. I have contacted a local engineer in my area , but I feel that he is trying to make the system work at minimal flow and yes this will work, but it will take a lot longer to get the patient to desired treatment depth(ATA). He is telling me that I may not be able to pull the amount of O2 from the perma-cyl 700 liter. I thought that the liquid O2 was to leave the Perma-cly and then enter into a ambient vaporizer(to become a gas with pressure or turn into a gas with a flow rate) then enter into a Regulator. What size of vaporizer can I get to fit in the small area I am working with. Will the 700 liter perma-cly put ot the pressure I need to work two chambers at the above flow rate? I am attaching requirements from the chamber manufacture sechrist model 3600H and the specs for the Perma-cyl 700Liter is highlighted for faster viewing. Thank you for any help that anyone can offer. Regards
Chris
