Views not visible in NX4 drg

Dear Friends,

Im working with NX cad support, this is first time im seeing this issue.
I have a drawing which is contained some basic views, but inside the views i did not find the models. dimensions are gray-out.even i switched on the all layers to visible at both model and drg area. ands also formated the drg sheet using reset to global from the format toolbar. every reference set options also changed.but no use.

basically the user added seperate dataset from Teamcenter or saved as with specification. the specification contains the model but in drafting mode i cant see the sectioned views.(its containes view borders). im not able to expand the views. can anybody help me to resolve the isshttp://www.eng-tips.com/threadminder.cfm?pid=561ue.

Thanks in Advance.
Shansr
