Same level bridle Control & Trip

Hi everyone,

I always design a vessel with segregated level bridles, one for controls and the other one for the trips. Is there any API Std where this is mentioned? I am trying to find a reference other than me saying this is the way to do it.

Thanks

RE: Same level bridle Control & Trip

IMO, this decision is driven by the PHA and LOPA on each vessel/service/scenario.

Good luck,
Latexman

Latexman,

Thanks. I thought I had seen it in an API Std but I couldn't find it...

Regards

RE: Same level bridle Control & Trip

I don't know if it is in an API anywhere but it is definitely an industry best practice.
