does undercooling ( Supercooling ) increase when cooling rate of melt increases ??
If there 's no general rule in this subject, What's the relationship between cooling rate of melt and undercooling about pure aluminum ??

This is a pretty simple thought experiment, all you really need to do is consider why supercooling occurs....

Increase in cooling rate,will lead to an increase in undercooling.
