Similar format charts to those posted by TD2K, but looks like the time to first maintenance is a lot longer. It depends a lot on the thickness of the base metal, as the thicker the steel, the more zinc.

Thanks guys. I guess I need to look into how much galvanize is typically applied to structural steel.

The thickness of zinc deposited should be part of the spec sent to the fabricator / galvanizer, usually in ounces per square foot, or in Grades per ASTM A123, sometime in mils.
