Crawl Space Ventilation

I am working on renovation of HVAC for a school in Dallas, Texas. This school is over 50 years old and crawl space is naturally ventilated. Does anyone know what the latest code requirements on crawl space ventilation are?

RE: Crawl Space Ventilation

Typically 1 sf for each 150 sf of floor area.

Thanks MiketheEngineer for the friendly advice! Unfortunately I don't have a copy of the latest version.

RE: Crawl Space Ventilation

1203.3.1 in IBC 2009.

I would recommend buying or borrowing a copy so you are comfortable with how it reads.

Here is some additional information you may also want to look at, or not.
