Hi steve jones,
Can u please guide me regarding how a online corrosion probe works and its principle.

In my plant i have a corrosion probe in the CDU column overhead it continuously shows some reading in miles per year. Some days its shows on higher side and somedays on lower side. So by knowing its working principle i can know what is actually happening.

The probe also shows pitting factor, beta value etc.o what is the relation between this factor and corrosion rate.
