need some help about how to use the table below. It is from BS 5328 Part 1 -2000.

Average rate of sampling Maximum quantity of concrete at risk Examples of structures to which
(one sample per) under any one decision applicable

10m3 or 10 batches 40m3 Masts, columns, cantilevers
20m3 or 20 batches 80m3 Beams, slabs, bridges, decks
30m3 or 30 batches 200m3 Solid rafts, breakwaters

Can i please have some explanations about how to sample using the above
