About kinematic coupling and springa

(OP)
Hi everyone

I want to link one reference node and a beam element(B31)'s node with SPRINGA and kinematic coupling. I want to use kinematic coupling to couple reference node's the Z-axis(3 dof)'s displacement with the beam's node. And use the SPRINGA to creat force between the two nodes in x and y axis. And I need fix the 1 and 2 dof of reference node as boundary condition.

The results always say like that
Warning: DEGREE OF FREEDOM 1 IS NOT ACTIVE ON NODE 30002 (ASSEMBLY) - THIS
BOUNDARY CONDITION IS IGNORED

It has been finished but the displacements of NODE is not fixed.

And it also says that

***WARNING: SOLVER PROBLEM. NUMERICAL SINGULARITY WHEN PROCESSING THE RELEASE
OF D.O.F. 2 IN THE KINEMATIC COUPLING CONSTRAINT BETWEEN REFERENCE
NODE PART-3-1.10292 AND COUPLING NODE ASSEMBLY.30292. RATIO =
3.21315E+12.

But I didn't use Kinematic Coupling in DOF2 I only use it in DOF3.

Could anyone solve the problem?

Thanks a lot
