I´m doing a Non-linear analysis in ANSYS mechanical and ANSYS workbench. Can you please tell me my default what are the units of displacement and Force reaction? I think displacement is in m and Force reaction is in N, but i´m not sure.

ANSYS has no built in units. It's up to the user to ensure these are consistent. ANSYS workbench is different. Units can be chosen and can be seen in the units menu but still need to be consistent - careful with this as your imported geometry will be unit dependent.
