We have to qualify the WPS for welding inconel tubes (SB625) with SA192 tubes.
Please suggest suitable GTAW wire?and any other guidelines?

RE: Inconel Tubes to CS Tubes welding

Inco 82 would be my first thought, Check the Special Metals welding guides.

RE: Inconel Tubes to CS Tubes welding

This is an odd combination of dissimilar materials for a butt weld joint. I would agree you should use SFA 5.15 ER-NiCr-3 (Inco 82) filler metal with a standard 37.5 degree, vee-groove weld prep for tube to tube butt welds. I would use the GTAW process. I would perform liquid PT after butt welding.
