tying diaphragm to brick wall

(OP)
I have a situation where a brick wall is being replaced with new brick wall but I wanted to take the opportunity to attach the floor and roof diaphragms to the new brick wall. Can anybody recommend a detail typically used for this? It's not part of the analysis but I felt it would be good to secure it since we have the opportunity with the new wall being constructed. Any thoughts appreciated.

RE: tying diaphragm to brick wall

Overall thickness of wall? How many wythes?

Sorry - it's 8" wide - double wythe.

RE: tying diaphragm to brick wall

A double wythe brick wall is not something I have ever used. I foresee some difficulty in coming up with a satisfactory detail both structurally and aesthetically.
