Finding motor with two shaft ends and two flanges

Hi ENG-TIPS
First post in here.
I have been googling all day to find an AC motor of the type that has two accessible shaft ends and also a flange in each end.
This motor may be fan cooled but i would imagine that it would be hard to fit a fan between the stator and flange.
Do anybody know if this type exists and what it might be called.
I found this motor which has two flanges but it has only one shaft end:

The specific motor build size should be app. Metric 71mm
And the speed should be 1300-1500 RPM

On second thought, the end bearings may not be the right size...
If you searched carefully through the Baldor catalogs you might come up lucky, though.

Just ask your supplier for this style of frame (and look up the standard to find the appropriate numbers for the asterisks) with all of the relevant other information.
