What is the load factor AASHTO specifies for the concrete elements of an earth retaining structure?  Thank you.

These are tabluated in Section 3, Table 3.22.1A.  Just note the use of the beta factors in the text below the table which adress lateral "at-rest" earth pressure and active lateral earth pressure for retaining walls.  This is the beta sub E factor, Be.
