Hydraulic tubing wall thickness calculation with bending allowance.

(OP)
Anybody knows the standard or formula which has been used to find out the wall thickness(with cold bending) for hydraulic tubing material st37.2 (EN235). Please advice.
For instance, If tube OD 38mm and working pressure 5000psi , what would be the required wall thickness(with cold bending allowance). Please advice do we need to consider mill allowance for hydraulic tubes? if yes what would be the percentage?
