I need a hex nut for temeratures over 1000 degf. NASM21043 is for ranges up to 800 degf, are there any standards for hex nut over 100 degf, say inconel or other materials?

There are a few different fastener material choices for temperatures above 1000degF. There are standard aerospace fasteners available in 718 Inconel or Waspalloy. Take a look at the websites for SPS or Alcoa for documentation.
