AC for an electric room over a tunnel

(OP)

We are working in the HVAC desing for an electric room, built over a Tunnel.

Tunel is underground, in intended to be the way out of the electric wiring coming out of the MCCs (located at the electric room).

Room has forced ventilation from the outside.

We try to keep tunnel temperature at 100°F; Outdoor design temperature is 95°F; Electric building design temperature is 85°F.

Shall we consider that there will be a heat transfer from the tunel to the electric room?

Yes.
