(OP)
I am trying to sub-arc S32750 (2507) base material with no luck. I have tried using 2507 (P100) wire, and 2594 wire, with no luck. I have tried IND-24, and 10.93 flux. I am trying to weld 3/8" material with 300-500 amps, 28-32 volts. I have tried no pre-heat with up to 150 degree F. preheat. Keeping interpass under 350F and kJ/in. between 20-40.

If any one has some information regarding this. Much would be apprecitated.

Thank You
Scott
