Is there a document online that will ref. ACI standards relating to inspection of a concrete slab after the pour. In other words, from an ACI standpoint, what should I be looking for as I examine a cured concrete slab on grade-in order to determine if the slab meets the ACI minimum standards?

You could take a look at ACI 302.1R - Guide for Concrete Floor and Slab Construction. We have this manual in our office. Not sure if it is available online.

Also, ACI 117 gives guidelines for tolerances...

Flatness... maybe future curling or something
Uniformity of colour...
Cracking... type and location... may be future...
Sawcutting: spacing, depth, width, and timing
Curing... maybe future surfacing
Filling sawcut joints

There may be a few others...
