Difference between Trim 13 & Trim 10

Anyone, please inform me the Difference between Trim 13 & Trim 10 for gate valve. On what applications both are used

RE: Difference between Trim 13 & Trim 10

Trim 10 and 13 are completely different. API Trim 10 calls for 316 on all internal parts (seat, disc, backseat and stem), whereas API Trim 13 does the same, but the material is Alloy 20. Stainless steel grade SS316 has a broad range of applications, but Alloy 20 is often used in sulphuric acid applications with high concentration; at times Alloy 20 valves are substituted with Uranus B6 valves.

My focus is on valve stockists in the us and us who supply duplex and super duplex valves, and inconel and hastelloy valves, plus titanium, alloy 20 and 904L valves.
