Class V Fire Contractor (Florida) - Cannot Install Alarm Components (Backflow Tamper)

Guys

I could use some help here. From what I can tell reading all the Florida Statutes and Marshal rules, it appears any electrical alarm rated components, such as an electronic tamper switch, I cannot install as a class V only fire contractor. The backflow I can, and fully test and certify, but no alarm components.

Does this seem accurate?
