Loudspeaker Design

(OP)
Hi everyone I'm new to this message board!
Currently I'm in first year mechanical engineering.

I've been designing and building my own speakers for about half a year now, I've made several with cheap, widely available materials (paper cones, ferrite magnets*yuck*).

I've never worked with some of the newer cone materials such as polypropylene, and would appreciate any help you could provide to basically help get me started in moulding and forming my own plastics.

Any websites or books you could recommend I would be forever greatful.

Thank you!
