concrete anchor tests

(OP)
We have a 100 year old concrete building with steel brackets bolted to concrete columns (it appears threaded rods were cast into the columns). These brackets once held up a crane rail. We would like to use these brackets for another application however there is no information on the crane or information for anchor embedment/concrete strength. We are going to test these anchors. What would be the best tension test method? Is there a standard that directly references cast in anchor tests? What safety factor and load duration should be used?
