DRAFTING

(OP)
Hi all

In drafting I section a part and lookd at down , upper cureves/ lines should not visiable except down curves right, but here all curves are visiable why? any setting to be done?

please have look at attached jpeg

RE: DRAFTING

If all you want to see is a "slice", go to the view style section tab and turn off the "background" option (also turn off the "foreground" option if it is checked, but it should be off by default).

RE: DRAFTING

Hard to tell from the small jpg, but it looks like the purple curves are actual curves in your model. If that is the case, remove them from the reference set (if using master model) or move them to a different layer and turn that layer off in your drawing view (Format -> Layer visible in view).

RE: DRAFTING

Curves / points ( not edges or other "solid objects" )are not clipped in depth in section views. If you have curves "above" the section, they will be visible in the section view.

Regards,
Tomas
