Hi,
I need to pressure test ~3,125 feet of 2-inch wt.218, Grade B pipe.
MAOP 2500 psig, in a site that varies in elevations all throughout (hills).
I am used to testing shorter lengths of pipe in leveled terrain so I have never had to account for elevation changes.
Given the following elevations:
Starting point elev = 1320 feet
Highest Elevation = 1371 feet
End point elev (also lowest elev point) = 1122 feet
What calculations do I need to make in order to:
1) Make sure the entire lenght is tested to the min pressure of 3750 psig?
2) The Maximum pressure at lowest point does not exceed 6100 psig?
3) What would be the pressure required at both ends where the test recording will be located?

Set your high point pressure to 3750 and subtract (1371-1320)ft * 62.4 pcf / 144 in2/ft2
That should give about 3770 psig at the low point.
