Orient the view way you desire (View -> Operation -> Orient is one of the ways) then use View -> Operation -> Save As to save the view as a new named view.

Thank you very much for the response. But, in Operation (NX 7.5) there was no "save as," rather in Layout. I did save a custom view in Layout, but was not able to find it in Drafting environment. Help please?

It's there, you are probably not using a role that displays it by default (see attached images).
Either select the Advanced with full menus role or use Tools -> Customise and drag & drop the Save As to where on the menu or toolbars you would like it.
