I-deas 6.1m2 on Windows 7 - Printing problem

I-deas 6.1m2 on Windows 7 - Printing problem

(OP)
Hello,

I tried to instal I-deas 6.1m2 on Windows7 but impossible to print !
I configured all my printer with Print Administrator, and I also try to copy the old pm_server folder (from i-deas 5m3) in place of the new one.
When I go to the sdi print master website, I can't read it is available for Windows 7.
Does someone has a solution ?

Thanks, Romain

RE: I-deas 6.1m2 on Windows 7 - Printing problem

have you tried turning on the "windows print"?

RE: I-deas 6.1m2 on Windows 7 - Printing problem

Yes, the windows print works correctely but I need sdi print master for .tif export format for my drawing and I don't know how to do with windows print.
I have also a script to make automaticly an export tif with title block in french and english (I need both of them). And if I use windows print, i have to modify all that script.

Ok Cool We use a PDF Distiller with the SDI print and I think we tested this on windows 7 and could not get it to work. Are you running 64 bit or 32 bit windows 7? You may want to contact GTAC. Sorry for not being of any help.

I have contact GTAC but for the moment, no response.
Thank you anyway.
