Drafting Dimensions

Drafting Dimensions

(OP)
Hello, I am new on drafting. How do you display the dimensions to show the unit in inch/mm? I want both US and metric units to appear. Thank you.

RE: Drafting Dimensions

Hi.
I don't think that both,US and metric units, can be displayed at the same time.If you want to change the unit dimensions(Ex:From US to metric)access Tools/Options/General/Parameters and Measure/Units.

RE: Drafting Dimensions

Go to the Properties Page of the dimension - The Value tab has the Dual Value options you are looking for.

Win XP64
R20/21, 3DVIA Composer 2012, ST R20
Dell T7400 16GB Ram
Quadro FX 4800 - 1.5GB

RE: Drafting Dimensions

DBezaire,
"Dual Value options" does not show both inch/mm.........!

RE: Drafting Dimensions

mz7dyj,
You are absolutely correct. It shows more than just inch/mm, it will display 15 different configurations/value. So you could get feet, km, micron, cm,...
It just so happens that my example pic will show you NUM.DINC (inch) and NUM.DIMM (mm)
