Sub-Zero process Equipment

(OP)
My company plan to set up a sub-zero process capability and get the Nadcap certificate. I know the equipment should follow the AMS2750D, it means TUS ans SAT must be meet. but I have no idea about the detail equipment specification of the freezer. Most of my friends just have the experience in furnace, no low temperature process experience.

Does it need a build-in connection for sensors to perform the TUS? What is the recorder spec to display/record the temperature status in process?

Would somebody can help me to let me know what the major equipment spec should be noted in the purchase contract?

If you can provide some of the suppliers information will be appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Allen
