I want to find out what is the minimum spacing allowed between drilled piers that are socketed into bedrock. This is for a high rise building. Thanks.

No general rule of thumb that i'm aware of. It would depend on the drilled shaft capacity, rock type, rock strength, joint spacing, etc.

I'd say the minimum spacing is zero inches. You'd have to perform your analyses using such boundary conditions though and you may not be able to mobilize the same capacity as a lone pile.
