Hole Callout/Feature Parameter not displaying properly

Hole Callout/Feature Parameter not displaying properly

Hole Callout/Feature Parameter not displaying properly

(OP)
Hello,

We just converted to NX8 here and just started using the hole feature with the hole callout/feature parameter command to link the drawing annotation to the model.

We referenced this thread to figure out how to do this (including that nice writeup linked)
thread561-235770: Thread hole leader note

However recently i've noticed the feature parameter command isn't calling out the holes properly anymore.

For example:
A 1/4-20 inch countersunk hole x 1/2 LG would simply be displayed as 0.25DIA....No info on the countersink or chamfers or depth etc.

or

A M5 X 0.75 Counterbored THRU hole would be simply displayed as just M5...no reference to thread, the counterbore or the thru.

I'm following the exact instructions as in the writeup found in the previously linked thread.

There's clearly something I'm missing here.
Is it a settings issue?

P.S. I'm not sure if this matters but we recently had to re-install NX8 and teamcenter on all our workstations here.
