Does anyone know what the spec setion numbers are for wood and metal plated trusses? Also, where i might be able to find an example of each? I thought Masterspec had out-of-the-box examples for every section, but I guess not.

RE: wood and metal plated truss specs

The 2009 IBC has a section, 2303.4 Trusses outlines what needs to be provided (design, drawings, etc). It also referres to TPI 1 specifications. I believe that TPI 1 can be found on line.

I hope that this helps.

As EOR's we should take the responsibility to design our structures to support the components we allow in our design per that industry standards.
