Bending Stress on Net Section Thru Holes

Bending Stress on Net Section Thru Holes

(OP)
I am curious for any of the PEMB guys out there if there is a Cold Form design check for bending stress through the net section where continuous Z or C purlins frame over top of and are bolted directly the primary structural members below.
This is the area of the highest compressive bending stress (negative moment) so I am assuming the the material missing due to the slotted hole in the bottom flange needs to be taken into account but I cannot find any cold form code provisions.
