Is it possible to create a WPS complying to both API 1104 and DNV-OS-F101

Is it possible to create a WPS complying to both API 1104 and DNV-OS-F101

(OP)
Hi,
I am new to this field. I've been asked to create a WPS complying to both API 1104 and DNV-OS-F101. Is that technically possible. When i sought advice from a few seniors the only reply i got was that it is not usually done as the test requirements are very different. And qualifying the required dia and thickness range while complying to both is tricky. But is there some requirement in these two that actually contradicts each other?

It's not about the WPS; it's about the PQR. Has it been generated to satisfy the more stringent requirements of each of the standards? If so, then you will be able to write a WPS that satisfies both standards. In general, F101 is much tighter than 1104 - you only have to compare the essential variables to see that. Incidentally, the 2012 version of F101 came out last Monday.
