M trying repair 2 d.c. Inverter 160A welding machines, thermadyne and thermamax. They switch on,fans run,1 picks overtemp fault, both hav no outputs.Green Leds come on on control boards.I suspect generators were used on these machines.Assist me guys, what could th the faulty parts, and where can i get schematic diagrams?

RE: D.c. inverter 160amp welding machine

I just Googled the search terms thermadyne 160 and 100+ page Service Manuals in PDF format started appearing in the results. So try that approach adding in the specific model numbers. You can also add the search term PDF to force those results to the top.

Next option is to contact the OEM.
