Information handling master/model view from part

(OP)
Im not in TC, NX7.5, looking for a convinient way to handle a the drawing file. For master model I got it work using the master file attribute and the automatic text on a sheet. Works fine. Working in drafting with view from part the attribute mechanism doesn't work. I want to do the following thing:
Create one drawingfile contains several sheets with view from part(s). Is there any way for attribute automation like in master model?

RE: Information handling master/model view from part

The "View from part" is not intended to report things like attributes, it's intended use is to show something different to what is presented by regular views. Neither will therefore components seen in "Views from part" report in partslists etc.

There is nothing to stop you from adding other components to this particular drawing, which then will be regular components ( i.e masters ) where the attributes work as expected.
You will though have to fiddle with layer settings to display only the desired objects in specific views.
I.e component 1 on layer 7 in the drawing, and layer 7 visible only in view a and b and c,
component 2 on layer 8 in the drawing , and layer 8 cvisible only in view d and e.
The layer numbers above as examples only.

Regards,
Tomas
