Wireframe Colors

When viewing an assembly I like to see all components with the same wireframe color. When I open some assemblies some parts have black wireframe, some with white wireframe, etc. Is there a way to apply this setting to an assembly? Or even better, is there a way to "batch" apply a setting to many components at once so they all show up with the same color wireframe?
