Induction PWHT Equipment?

Induction PWHT Equipment?

Induction PWHT Equipment?

(OP)
Does anyone here have any recommendations or negative experiences with various manufacturers of induction PWHT equipment for field welding applications?

We have a project in the works where the times and temperatures involved lead us to anticipate too many ceramic heater burnouts, and consequently we are exploring the induction path. We're familiar with/looking into Mannings equipment, but don't have much feedback on any of the others. Would be looking at performing PWHT on nickel alloys anywhere from 6" sch. 40 up through 20"+, 1.5" wall approximately.

Any help/feedback would be much appreciated.

RE: Induction PWHT Equipment?

I have used Mannings several times on larger jobs ... No problems, no issues of quality or performance.
