Someone knows if it is possible to use a deformed component resulting from a static simulation, as a STEP part?

The part deformation is graphical only. You can't save the file in a deformed state.

So it is not possible to deforme a part, applying forces?
I'm looking for construct a component that its final shape is achived by a oriented force.
