NX7.5 - Breaks in dimension extension lines
NX7.5 - Breaks in dimension extension lines
(OP)
Hi,
What are the (design) rules that should be followed when we create breaks in dimension extension line?
1.Breaks created between 2 dimension lines that intersect each other?
2.Breaks created between one dimension line and other objects?
Thanks!

As far as "rules" go that should be followed . . .
There really isn't any such thing in any drafting standard.

I know how to create gaps.
I was interested in the rule that manage this operation.

If you add a gap and want to remove it some other time - What you will need to do is turn that extension line "off" and then back "on".

RE: NX7.5 - Breaks in dimension extension lines
You can easily change the size of the gap, by changing its length.
Where it says Define Symbol Size By, you need to change that to Length and Height, and then change the length value
