Background color for drafting

Background color for drafting

Background color for drafting

(OP)
Hi,
I'm setting the customer default to reflect our setting in the drafting template.
I like to have the customer default set as the template.
I'm looking for the customer default setting that pilot the background color in the drafting environment.
To verify if my setting are correct, I create a new blank file that inherit all setting from our customer default.

Thank you...

Using NX 8 and TC9.1

RE: Background color for drafting

Try going to...

Customer Defaults -> Gateway -> Visualization -> Color Settings

...and check that last section of the dialog.

RE: Background color for drafting

These Visualization settings are Part Specific. This means that you have to set them and THEN create a new part from scratch in order to have them take effect. If you already have a Drawing Template file (BTW, your so-called 'template' had no drawing defined in it) and don't wish to junk it and start over, then you're going to have to open it, make the changes there and resave it.
