Solidworks Gauge and Bend deduction table problems

Solidworks Gauge and Bend deduction table problems

Solidworks Gauge and Bend deduction table problems

(OP)
Hello all,

I am having an issue with using the gauge and bend tables. I get an error saying "The radius of the bend fell outside the bend allowance/deduction table. The bend allowance is calculated using the k factor instead". I have made sure my tables are correct and have tried all different ways of applying the table to the material without any progress, can anybody help with this?

Thanks in advance

It comes after I insert my gauge table, I've followed the format of solidworks gauge table.

I'm having zero problems. Your table loads and works fine on my system.
How are you applying the table?

I get a warning when it is flattened and unflattened. There are no yellow warning signs in the tree manager?

Tienti,

No issues here also,

After opening your part and, without changing anything, the Flatten tool works fine.
After applying your Gauge Table & flattening again, I see the error you mention.
